Krystyna MarcinkowskaKrystyna Marcinkowska is a chairman of Association of Youth Integration and Development STRIM – she is on this position since STRIM was established. She was one of main establisher of the association.  She works with youth and for youth since many years. She organised lot of national and international conferences in the field of youth work and education in general. In former years she took part or organised international youth exchanges in cooperation with almost all EU countries, as well as with non EU ones. Often she was a trainer on numerous training seminars, conferences..... For many years she was working in Cracow, as the leader or Regional Centre within Jordan Youth Centre. Following, she is now still working in Youth in Action Programme, actively organising seminars and tutoring number of projects in MDK – Youth Cultural Centre.

Privately: she likes to get to get to know new people, new countries and her favourite leisure activity is lawning the mow in the garden.

Agata WronaAgata Wrona is former student of European Studies on Jagiellonian University in Cracow. In 2001 she was in the group of people establishing STRIM. Before, under leadership of Krystyna Marcinkowska she was participating in Youth Animators Club. In Association she was a coordinator of youth exchanges and other intercultural activities.  Since 2005 she is in charge of Information Field in STRIM. She is responsible for web page of STRIM and other informational outlet. 

Privately: her big passion is fashion and artistic make+up. She is addicted to sweets. She adores people, travelling, fun, evenings, presents and sun.

Rafał LubertowiczIn STRIM association since 2007, student of Law on the Jagiellonian University. He is in charge of actualisation and contact with new potential participants for our Association. He is taking care of the group of people cooperating with STRIM as native language teachers for our volunteers (EVSfriends). He is leading projects of the hosting ad sending EVS.

Urszula MarcinkowskaSince 4 years she is coordinating Sending and Hosting EVS projects (till now, she accomplished almost 30 projects). She took part in Training of Trainers organised in Lviv and Straussburg by European Commission, what gave her a right to train people about Youth in Action Programme. She organised and co-organised trainings and seminars, in the field of project creation, management and application processes. She is part of the team cooperating in the frames of Grundtvig Programme with Finland.

Privately: She finished Biology in Cracow, now is a post graduation student of Evolutionary Psychology and works as an acrobatic dancer. She enjoys getting to know new people, climbing, dancing and new countries.
